Opa! Greek Fest kicks off Friday, running through the weekend at St. Katherine’s in Naples. The event features live music, dancing, and of course, plenty of Greek food, benefitting the Golisano Children’s Hospital Pediatric Cancer Center. Look (but don’t touch) as a cavalcade of supercars descend upon 5th Avenue in Naples for Cars on 5th on Saturday, hosted by the Naples Chapter of the Ferrari Club of America. Hundreds of cars, both current and classic, exotic and domestic, will line the streets, including Ferrari, Jaguar, Bentley, Lotus, Porsche, and Corvette, among others. Raising money to benefit St. Matthews House, be sure to stay until the 4 p.m. ending for the “drive-off” as hundreds of supercars rumble and scream away for a send off.
The Everglades Seafood Festival kicks off Friday, running through the weekend in Everglades City. Enjoy fair rides, live music, and of course, fresh seafood. Gates open at 5 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and 11 a.m. Sunday in front of City Hall. Admission is free.
