A ride/run/walk event for the whole family runs from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday in Naples. Festivities begin and end at Cambier Park in the heart of Old Naples. The event features bike rides for all levels – 100, 62, 30, 20 miles and a special 5-mile event for families with kids, and a 3k Fun Run/Walk. There will be craft beers, a band, food from Moe’s Southwest Grill, vendor expo with games, and silent auction. Kids 12 and under are free with a paid adult.
Occurring on Sunday and in their fifth season, the Chrysalis Chamber Players is committed to performing a high caliber of chamber music which audiences find to be appealing and engaging. The players, featuring soloists Mary Bowden, trumpet, and Katherine Lan, performing on the new Fazioli piano, will join with strings. The program includes Gershwin’s ‘Rhapsody in Blue,’ Debussy’s ‘The Girl with the Flaxen Hair,’ and ‘Piano Trio in G Minor’; and Mozart’s ‘Queen of the Night’ aria.
