BRIO Tuscan Grille presents its seasonal menu chocked full with favorite Fall comfort foods, perfect timing as the calendar turns of October. Guests can enjoy Chicken & Mozzarella Stuffed Ravioli with pancetta, sweet potatoes, asparagus, light champagne cream, gorgonzola, pine nuts and balsamic glaze. It is fantastic with a pinot noir and, in my opinion, could be an individual meal or shared family style as a precursor to an entree.
The Grilled Balsamic Glazed Pork Chop is a fabulous favorite among the locals already with a medley of sweet potatoes, mushrooms, pancetta, brussels sprouts, caramelized onion and maple balsamic vinaigrette. Make sure you beat the crowd and plan an early seating before they run out!
Another sizzling sensation is the featured Steak Saltimbocca which is stuffed with prosciutto and provolone, crispy fingerlings, chile flake, fried sage, broccolini and drizzle of marsala sauce. The flavor profile is just off the charts and I adored the cohesive bites of tender beef with crunchy fingerling and broccolini. Leave room for dessert because this homemade beauty will offer unprecedented joy.
BRIO’s Snickerdoodle Peach Cobbler is one of those desserts that reminds me of Thanksgiving. It has the most amazing cinnamon and nutmeg seasoning. It is served warm with vanilla bean gelato and powdered sugar. I would come every day for this alone and a steaming cup of cappuccino.
BRIO is also offering the following two-course early dinner combos, Monday-Friday from 3:00-5:30 p.m. Each entrée comes with a choice of soup, salad or dessert. The $12.95 combo entrée options include the Margarita Flatbread, Mezza Lasagna Bolognese or Pasta Pesto. The $14.95 combo entrée options include the Shrimp Mediterranean, Chicken Milanese or Pasta BRIO.
Brio emanates an old world charm in every sense. The decor, food, service, wine and even the cocktails are a lovely characterization of Tuscany – without stepping foot outside of Naples. You’ll find al fresco dining and an open bar area on the outdoor terrace draped by white curtains. The interior is a large dining room with pockets of more secluded tables for romantic interludes and private parties.
