Lee Health Coconut Point, a mixed-use health and wellness destination located in Estero, next to the Coconut Point Mall, is now under construction. This facility will become the only comprehensive medical center in southern Lee County and will include a Healthy Life Center, Free-Standing Emergency Department, Outpatient Surgery Center, Recovery Care Center, Laboratory, Imaging, Rehab Therapy, Cardiac Testing and Physician Office spaces. The 31-acre jobsite will host the facility owned by Lee Health, totaling 164,000 square feet.
DeAngelis Diamond has worked on over $800 million worth of healthcare projects, including Lee Health Surfside Outpatient Clinic and Lee Health Women’s and Children’s Medical Plaza Addition. Construction is expected to take just over a year with a completion date of early fall 2018.
