Tastebuds Custom Catering, a Naples-based catering and event planning services company, was named a 2017 Achievement in Catering Excellence (ACE) award winner for the east region from leading trade publication Catersource Magazine.
The Catersource ACE Award recognizes companies that have shown leadership and noteworthy achievement in their communities and have demonstrated professional contributions to the catering industry.
“Winning an ACE award means the world to us! It is a pat on the back from all of our peers and mentors who understand the blood, sweat and tears we pour into our events every day,” said Greg Shapiro, executive chef and owner of Tastebuds.

Tastebuds Custom Catering was one of the three winners chosen in 2017. Each winner represents the best of the best in each of three geographic regions: east, west and international. The ACE award was presented at the annual Catersource and Art of Catering Food Conference and Tradeshow held in New Orleans, March 12–16, 2017.
This show is the most extensive summit for the catering and special event industries. It is a vibrant marketplace of exhibitors and sponsors filled with activities ranging from culinary and design competitions to seminars and tastings.
