There’s always a lull after Thanksgiving in Southwest Florida when it comes to the food and service industry.
Not anymore, perhaps.
Naples Restaurant Week, a local initiative that takes place in many other cities in many different ways across the country, returns for its winter edition Dec. 1 through 11 in Naples.
The concept is predicated on helping locals who have a taste for fine food but might not have the budget to spend on a regular basis. Local founders Rafael Feliciano and Guy Clarke recruited 26 local fine dining restaurants to offer a $35 prix fixe menu.
The menu is a special-curated three-course meal, with some even including a cocktail or wine pairing.
The Naples Restaurant Week also benefits the Boys & Girls Club of Collier with every meal sold, aiming to help the club achieve its annual fundraising goals.
There are four simple steps to participate in Naples Restaurant Week:
1. Go to the website – www.NaplesRestaurantWeek.com
2. Pick any restaurant from the list.
3. Call to make a reservation OR just walk-in.
4. Order from the Naples Restaurant Week $35 Prix Fixe menu.
