A new culinary marketplace hopes to make a lasting mark on the Naples food scene early next year.
‘Timeless’, an MHK Eatery, is expected to open in February 2017 at 90 9th St. North off of U.S. 41. ‘Timeless’ will offer an array of casual dining, snacking and drinking experiences for locals and visitors in Southwest Florida. Created by Naples veteran Chef David Nelson, the menu will feature a refined twist on classic, comfort foods made with locally sourced ingredients. Timeless is ideal for breakfast, lunch, a quick bite, afternoon snack, glass of wine, happy hour, dinner, weekend brunch, pick up or delivery.
With its white, crisp “timeless” décor, Timeless was inspired by the architectural designs of famed owner and architect Matthew Kragh of MHK Architecture. It will have a restaurant, wine and beer lounge, open kitchen counter seating and indoor/outdoor bar. The menu will focus on artisan pizzas, prepared in the coal fired pizza oven, farm fresh salad, artisan sandwiches and small plates. The bar menu will feature a selection of local beers on tap and a unique selection of wines by the glass and bottle.
Timeless will be connected to the adjacent bakery, Le Moulin Bakery and Bistro, allowing guests to enjoy their treats and baked goods at any of the dining options available at Timeless. The pizza dough, bread and bagels will be prepared by third-generation French baker, Yannick Brendel and Chef of Le Moulin Bakery and Bistro.
In addition to the onsite dining, Timeless will provide pick up and delivery services. Deliveries will be made in the Timeless “mascot,” a 1957 357a Porsche convertible replica.
Check back in the coming weeks for a preview of the new restaurant’s progress.
