Brandon G. Phillips, founder and owner of Global HR Research in Bonita Springs, FL, will be enlightening residents on the journey of his startup and the key components that led to his success. “Inside a Startup” will be held on April 7 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at the Paragon Pavilion Theatre in Naples.
Attendees are encouraged to come prepared with questions and be open-minded about possible discussions.
“My personal core philosophies, ‘grit and perseverance,’ were born out of the obstacles and challenges I faced early on in life. I experienced significant poverty growing up and overcame many barriers through hard work that led to the startup of my own company more than 10 years ago,” said Phillips founder of Global HR Research. “I truly believe that if you have a strong commitment to your passion, anything is possible.”
The concept behind Global HR Research rooted out of the need for ‘enhanced technology and service models for progressive-thinking HR professions within the human capital space.’
Following Brandon’s testimony, flatbreads and a cash bar will be made available to those in attendance.
Tamiami Angel Fund II and Peninsula Fund Administrators will serve as the sponsors of this event.
In addition to Philips already found success, he is also a recipient of both Gulfshore Business magazine’s and Florida Weekly’s “Top 40 Under 40” for entrepreneurial successes. Philips also led GHRR to its inclusion in Workforce Magazine’s “Hot List” of America’s leading screening providers and top ranking by HRO today, America’s leading magazine for background screening and assessment providers. Being a philanthropic leader in Southwest Florida, Philips dedicated much of his time to youth sports.
